Companies in this division deal in property, either as owners and landlords or as agents and managers for other people.

It covers property developers, landlords of homes, offices, shops, food courts and land, serviced apartments, REITs with rental income and management corporations of strata properties. It also covers real estate agents, valuers, town councils and property management firms.
