SSIC Sub-class 30301 – Manufacture and assembly of aircraft and spacecraft

Companies in this sub-class make or assemble aircraft and spacecraft. Examples are airplanes for passengers, goods, defence or sport, helicopters, gliders, hang-gliders, airships, hot air balloons, spacecraft, and drones that are not for recreation, including military drones.

It also includes aircraft engines, major parts such as fuselages, wings, landing gear and rotors, aircraft seats, flight simulators for ground training, and the overhaul or conversion of aircraft and engines. Aircraft instruments and recreational drones are classified elsewhere.
