Companies in this sub-class give legal advice and represent clients, with the work done by or under the supervision of lawyers who are members of the bar. It covers all areas of law, for example criminal, civil, administrative and employment law.

It also covers preparing and certifying legal documents, such as company formation papers, patent and trade mark papers, deeds, wills and trusts, and the work of notaries public, bailiffs, arbitrators and mediators within legal procedure.
