Companies in this division give people a place to stay, either for a short visit or for a longer time while they study or work.

It includes hotels, chalets, guesthouses and timeshare accommodation for visitors, and student residences, school dormitories, worker hostels and boarding houses. Housing on offshore vessels that is chartered with an operator is also in this division.
